Acceptance of Terms

Ad Review, Rejection & Takedown Policy

All advertisements submitted for creation, placement, or display through Twi5ted Marketing are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

Grounds for Ad Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or require modification of any advertisement that, in our judgment:

  • Contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims

  • Violates local, state, or federal laws or regulations

  • Infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights

  • Includes explicit, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

Ad rejection may occur before or after an advertisement is accepted or displayed.

Ad Takedown Rights

  • Complaints, disputes, or legal concerns arise

No Guarantee of Ad Continuity

Acceptance or placement of an advertisement does not guarantee:

  • Continuous display for a specific duration

  • Guaranteed impressions, reach, or performance

Ad placement is subject to availability and platform conditions.

Refunds & Credits Related to Rejection or Takedown

  • Fees paid for rejected ads prior to placement may be refunded or credited at our discretion

  • Fees for ads removed due to policy violations, legal issues, or client-provided content errors are non-refundable

  • Partial credits may be issued for early takedowns not caused by client violations

Client Added Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertising materials:

  • Are accurate, lawful, and properly authorized

  • Comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless twi5ted Marketing from claims arising from submitted ad content.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
