Order Processing & Production

Most products sold on twi5ted.com are print-on-demand and are produced after an order is placed.

  • Order processing and production typically take 2–7 business days
  • Processing times may increase during promotions, holidays, or peak seasons
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times do not include production time and are provided as general guidelines only. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Coverage Area (Domestic Only)

At this time, twi5ted.com ships only within the United States.

  • We do not currently ship internationally
  • Orders submitted with international addresses may be canceled and refunded

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered:

  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

Shipping Carriers

We utilize third-party carriers to deliver orders, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined by fulfillment location, destination, and product type.

Carrier Liability & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Carrier liability is limited to the terms and conditions of the carrier used, including:

  • USPS liability limits
  • UPS declared value coverage
  • FedEx liability policies

twi5ted.com is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession, except as required by law or covered by optional shipping insurance.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered proof of delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  • If insurance is offered and selected, coverage applies only within the insurer’s stated limits
  • Claims must be submitted within the timeframe required by the carrier or insurer
  • Reimbursements are subject to carrier or insurance approval

Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement or refund due to loss, theft, or carrier damage.

Free Shipping Disclaimer

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

  • Free shipping applies only to qualifying orders as stated
  • Orders shipped free of charge will use the lowest-cost shipping method
  • Free shipping does not guarantee faster delivery or priority handling
  • Production and processing times still apply

Free shipping offers may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds
  • Additional fees may apply for reshipment

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on fulfillment locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If an order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

Resolutions are subject to carrier or insurance review.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Weather, labor, or operational disruptions

Carrier tracking updates are considered authoritative.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays, sales events, and peak shopping periods (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas):

  • Production and shipping times may be extended
  • Carrier delays are more likely and outside our control
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

Delays during peak seasons do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
