Print-On-Demand & Apparel Sizing Disclaimer

Many of our products are print-on-demand, meaning items are created specifically for each order. Because of this, the following conditions apply:

  • Print-on-demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or print size may occur and are not considered defects

 

Color & Display Disclaimer

Product images on twi5ted.com are displayed as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary due to:

  • Differences in screen resolution, brightness, and color settings
  • Variations between devices, monitors, and mobile displays
  • Printing processes and materials used in production

Color variations resulting from these factors are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns or refunds.

 

Print Placement & Alignment Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the print-on-demand production process, slight variations in print placement and alignment may occur. These variations include, but are not limited to:

  • Minor shifts in print position
  • Slight differences in size or alignment
  • Natural variations caused by garment type, size, or production methods

Such variations are considered normal and acceptable within industry standards and do not constitute defects. As a result, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Quality Tolerance Disclaimer

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, slight variations in product quality may occur. By placing an order on twi5ted.com, you acknowledge and accept the following tolerances:

  • Print placement, alignment, and sizing variations of up to ±5% are considered acceptable
  • Color saturation, brightness, or contrast variations within
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect overall wearability or functionality are not considered defects

Products falling within these tolerance ranges are deemed to meet quality standards and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Items that fall outside of these tolerance thresholds due to manufacturing errors may qualify for replacement or refund upon review.

 

Apparel Sizing

  • Apparel items are produced according to the sizing charts provided on the product pages
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order
  • Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not accepted
  • We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully and measuring prior to ordering

 

Defective or Incorrect Print Items

If you receive a print-on-demand or apparel item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Report Quality Issues

If you believe your item exceeds acceptable quality tolerances:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos demonstrating the issue
